This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bookmark Tab for the software product described above. This product encompasses computer software and may include related media, printed materials, and electronic documentation ("Software Product").
By installing, copying, or otherwise utilizing the Software Product, you affirm your acceptance of the terms outlined in this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, refrain from installing or using the Software Product.
The Software Product is protected by copyright laws, international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws and treaties. It is important to note that the Software Product is licensed and not sold.

Bookmark Tab may issue updates to the Software Product that are essential for its continued proper functioning. You are obligated to receive and install these updates as part of the standard update process for the Software Product.
This EULA remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by erasing the Software Product and all associated copies. The EULA will also terminate if you violate any of its terms or conditions. In such a case, you are required to delete the Software Product and all copies thereof.
Under no circumstances shall Bookmark Tab be held liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of information resulting from the use of the Software Product by 'Authorized Users,' even if Bookmark Tab has been advised of the potential for such damages. Furthermore, Bookmark Tab assumes no responsibility for data loss or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profits), or other damages arising from contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Bookmark Tab disclaims all liability regarding the content of the Software Product, including errors or omissions, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business disruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights, or the disclosure of confidential information.
